Unless you're a complaining family who they can move to a section they're no branding the family section (as they've realised they're breaking rules by not having one) I doubt you'll get helped out at all.

The latest statement out of the club read like they consider the movement of people complete, not that it was still an on-going thing and the FACT they haven't issued any instruction shows just how much effort they're putting in to helping paying fans out.

I contacted Ticket Office and asked about moving seats. They said they'd ask the Reservation Centre to get in touch with me. The Reservation Centre don't give a shit.
